In my opinion we are now or will be financially sound and we have got stability under Slade yes people want more like promotion but lets look at the bigger picture teams that get promoted build teams over time took Pearson two and a half seasons to take Leicester up and Slade is only just about to finish his full season in the championship and without any backing he has had us flirting with the play offs which is a big improvement from last season and I'm confident we will push on again.
