Russell Slade: On Injuries and tomorrow

RUSSELL SLADE

SLADE: We will go out to win. You cannot control what is going one elsewhere. We’ve got a lot to make up, they have better goal difference, but i’m not going to start guessing. There has to be professional and common sense approach.

Any injuries for the Bolton game?

Few little injuries. We won’t know regarding a couple yet. Couple of strains and stresses. Bruno will train. Had a light session yesterday and today. But too early really. Gunnarsson is out with his ankle, Fabio out with his groin. Declan John picked up a knock in training.

Russell Slade: Sheff Weds fans will be thinking that it's not over'

We have to have belief and whilst it’s a possibility we have to search for points. It’s important we control, what we can do, we have to do it against Bolton, to ensure we get back to winning ways. We have to take care of ourselves.

If you are a Sheff Wed fan you are thinking it’s not over. We want to go to sheff wed with them under pressure.

Slade on Kenneth Zohore

"He’s made me think. That’s the impact we wanted. His best impact yet. He’s been in useful positions and not finished. But we are pleased he managed to get the goal. Will give him confidence. You have to think about starting him, I’ve got injury concerns with one or two others."

Slade on Ben Turner

"He wil play monday to get match minutes. He’s training and gradually getting top speed. It’s a week by week thing. Fingers crossed no set backs. I’ve warmed to him, he’s a leader and great type, he’s my kind of player."

Says it all about Slade really ..."Turner is my type of player" I like Ben..we all know he's a big wholehearted player but has limited actual footballing ability..a Slade player exactly

Ps defending is an art. He's very good at it. He's the only defender we had in the prem that I had faith in.
