' The right direction '

By Scott Johnson

21/04/16

The marketing department has worked wonders in recent weeks and transformed the outlook of the Bluebirds in some respects, but their reach does not extend to the pitch.

Cardiff are moving in the right direction, with their debt finally under control and attendances are up, even if they are artificially inflated in some respects.

Their immediate aims and objectives though remain unknown. Are they planning to invest or cut costs again in the summer? No-one seems to know, as yet.

This surely affects the decision regarding Slade’s future. Having become synonymous with cost-cutting, you have to assume that if he gets a new deal it is the surest indicator yet that the current approach is set to continue.

We need to get rid of about 10/15 players most are on loan now in summer if there not going to play in first team , get about 6 good players to replace them 2 strikers 2 wingers 2 in defence.

The money saved from the 10/15 we lose will pay for a higher class player.

As for the savings thats up to Mr Tan to decide what he wants to do,staying onside of FFP will be the number one priorty.

I would personaly hope that we have a younger manager who has passion to take us forward with a long term plan for success.

I can dream :bluebird:
