After last night's dismal performance a lot of questions need to be asked and the first one in my opinion is, is Russell Slade up to managing this club and sadly he's not! Let's be fair and give the man credit for getting us to where we are at the present moment of time. Remember the mess he inherited from Ole? But he's just not good enough to take us any further. Let's hope that the powers that be realise this and send him on his way.

If we can get out of this transfer embargo then surely during the close season player recruitment must be aimed at tightening up our defence and invest if possible in a striker who can score and not waste chances on the scale that is happening all too often.
