4 games on the bounce without a win, to make matters worse this comes after beating Derby County who have some of the best players in this division.

The players and manager raised the expectation levels and were were found out to be mentally weak in not coping with it.

Slade celebrating a draw at Burnley might not of been wise, sub-consciously he was letting the players know he didn't back them to win. The end of the season you have to be ruthless with teams you play and your own players.

I have never turned,always been an "outer". I believe his footballing philosophy is too dated for 2016.

I thought the Brighton game he had turned a corner but it was an anomaly.

He may make it as an administrator at championship level, but never at coaching. I just don't see Vinny in it to be a mid table champioship team hoping that someone buys us for £50 million (just made that number up), the money and prestige is the premier league.

We had a great chance to make play offs after beating Brighton convincingly, but then bad selection playing without strikers has been the downfall.The team are to inconsistant to get out of this league we need to refocus and get a hungry young manager in that plays fast attacking football with the right pegs in each hole stikers that score with wingers who can play eighter side.
There are to many players at the club not playing in there rightful position, thats the managers fault team selection and substitutions has been poor all season.
I think the manager has done his best but we need better if we really want to get promotion.

Trollope is a good coach and I hope we keep him. Slade has given us team spirit and organisation, but mostly been uninspiring. The eye-opener for me was sitting in the Grandstand when we lost to Shrewsbury in the Cup. He was like a statue getting shat on by gulls. No advice, wrong decisions. We need adventurous tactics....any team which has parked the cliched bus we've been unable to break down.

I see season ticket sales slowing down if he gets his new contract, especially after the last 4 game capitulation.

Some fans including me haven't changed their mind on slade at all for me taken us as far as he can

Slade has improved of late but if the club have realistic ambitions of promotion next season then he has to go.

Its quite simple. If the hierarchy at our Club want to see our stadium filled with PAYING punters it will be Slade Out cos that's the only way, apart from giving out freebies, that the thousands of missing disillusioned fans will return. Just my opinion but I think I'm spot on. Teza

Kept us in the top half of the table,done all Tans work for him, I was starting to believe in Slade, But if we want to get promoted next season,then for me its goodbye this May for Slade.

I'm glad there's no war going on and I'm in the trenches with some of the posters on here as they would be giving us up the Germans after just one bad day in the trenches

have to agree with this , it annoyed me a bit when the echo reported about the recent increases in attendance about renewing his contract , there's noway we would of had half that it wasn't for the free tickets , do I think we would get 20k if Slade went ? No I don't but I think the attendances would increase if hewere to go I have alot of mates who are floaters but have said they don't want to watch Slades playing for a draw and hope we nick a goal style

Once again looking in from the outside, it seemed a strange appointment in the first place.

I am slightly biased on this as I'm not his biggest fan.

We, as Brentford fans, have previous with Mr Slade, as you might have guessed from some of our songs last Tuesday.

I'm sure you could do a lot better, but I'm not sure who there is out there.
