I suppose he sees a 'fiver' as a better alternative to taking a chance on a more substantial fee for taking a chance (despite the clear warnings) at Asda

I'm not surprised if that is the case, Wez. The fines have never been enforceable, so long as people didn't enter any correspondence and ignored them completely

Spot on and it's been posted so many times on this Forum and it's the same in motorway service stations (where the cheeky b'stards are already penalising you with their fuel and coffee prices!)
