asda parking signs taken down

For the sake of a fiver i park in the school. Saves hassle of waiting for that letter through the door with a fine.

I suppose he sees a 'fiver' as a better alternative to taking a chance on a more substantial fee for taking a chance (despite the clear warnings) at Asda ;)

I've had 4 parking fines and haven't paid any off them. They send you you 4 or 5 threatening letters then they give up.. Fuk um. ..

You're right, of course, but enough people have come on here looking for advice after receiving the Mickey Mouse letters for it to matter to them on occasion :thumbup:

Noticed that the cameras on all the entrances to the retail park and asda s have been taken down too no signs anywhere

I'm not surprised if that is the case, Wez. The fines have never been enforceable, so long as people didn't enter any correspondence and ignored them completely :thumbup:

coming up from neath its the easiest place to park -must have had 16 plus?? "fines" over the last few years.as others have said theyare unenforceable unless they take take you to court for "damages" which no private parking company has done.jUST IGNORE & BIN ANYTHING YOU GET FROM THEM

Spot on and it's been posted so many times on this Forum and it's the same in motorway service stations (where the cheeky b'stards are already penalising you with their fuel and coffee prices!) :thumbup:
