Football fans have convinced a judge to allow them back to games after they were involved in a dust up with Sunderland supporters in the city centre,
Football fans banned from games after they were involved in a large-scale brawl are to be allowed back to watch their team play again.
Six West Ham supporters were slapped with football banning orders after a mass scrap with Sunderland fans led to them getting arrested.
The group got themselves involved in shameful scenes in Sunderland city centre prior to their teams clash with the Black Cats at the Stadium of Light in January 2013.
The men were given suspended jail sentences, with unpaid work and other requirements, plus three year football banning orders in February 2014.
