Will Cardiff look to buy any of their current loan signings?
LEX IMMERS
TOM LAWRENCE
KENNETH ZOHORE
SAMMY AMEOBI

Lex Immers has been superb during his loan spell
Cardiff currently have four players at the club on loan and it will be interesting to see whether or not they try to sign any of them permanently, should they rid themselves of their current transfer ban.
I think it’s safe to say that Sammy Ameobi will head back to Newcastle for the final year of his existing contract.
He has been a flop and not the game- changer that they were expecting.
Kenneth Zohore arrived from Vincent Tan’s KV Kortrijk as a replacement for the departing Kenwyne Jones, but has spent most of his time at the club warming the bench.
Zohore is still waiting for his first Cardiff start
Tom Lawrence’s arrival was eagerly anticipated and he’s done OK, but I think he is better than his recent performances. Hopefully, he will go on to star for Wales at the European Championships, but the likelihood is that his future will still lie away from parent club Leicester City.
The Foxes paid just shy of £1m for him from Manchester United a couple of years ago and he still has a couple of years left on his current deal.
The fact that they have very quickly outgrown him says nothing about Lawrence and everything about their meteoric rise this season.
Maybe they will be feeling in a generous mood this summer and do Cardiff a deal?
Tom Lawrence has been solid if not spectacular
Lex Immers has been a great success and most people will be keen for him to stay.
Whether or not he is in Cardiff’s price range remains to be seen, but he is entering the final year of his Feyenoord contract.
These four aside, it wouldn’t surprise me if former loan signing Tony Watt proved to be the one that Cardiff were to push the boat out for.

To think Ameobi signed a new contract before leaving on loan to us. Newcastle deserve this relegation, fully deserved.

It just shows the lottery of the loan system. Immers who's played for a top club giving his all. Then ameobi who has loads to prove and just seems disinterested.

Looks like he could be playing against us next season

In our new era of looking for bargains rather than throwing away cash on duds, it would seem the clever move would be to secure both Lex and Lawrence for a relatively small outlay.
Tony Watt would be welcome but not with a £1m price tag.
Ameobi can go back to Newcastle with some Championship experience which they will need whilst Zohore will probably be better off developing in the Belgium league.

Spot on, I'm still interested to see how Zohore develops. He's certainly got the size and pace to be a huge threat...
