Real Madrid at CCS??????

I may be being thick here guys but can someone enlighten me as to why we have a Real Madrid Badged Box at the corner of the CANTON STAND? only noticed it for the first time against Derby when I sat there with my son who I normally take in the kids end..

probably still there from last seasons Super cup Final

My ST is in that corner. The Real Madrid crests have been there ever since that game they played here. Must say, I find it mildly annoying to see another club's badge in our ground. Whoever they are!

it cant be surely.. from looking at it its like its a Real Madrid section lol.. the staff can not be that lazy surely??? lol ANNIS WHERE ARE YOU YOU ARE BOUND TO KNOW??/

when you say badged box do you mean like a box where you watch football from or an actual box ?

It's like a glasses box in the top left hand corner of the canton in the same section as the disabled section.. People do sit in there but it looks more like a to studio.. Hmmmmmm the plot thickens

It looks to me, like a viewing box similar to the windows in the BMW lounge etc with the Madrid crest on it pretty sure it was never removed after super cup

It looks like one of the boxes the media use but haven't seen anyone in it since the premier league days. The crests have been on the windows since the super cup. I was waiting for them to be removed but have become used to it now!

Can't help feeling that they have been left there on purpose. Sort of, hoping that some of their 'glory' might rub off on us!

I think its the police box and it has definately been there since the european super cup in 2014 i think it was

Yes it is the Real Madrid crest from the super cup, the Real Madrid fans were that side of the pitch. If you look at the glass windows the other side of the grandstand you will also see the Sevilla crest and their fans were in the family stand end (and atmosphere was a lot better from their fans). Perhaps we can't afford a glaziers to replace the glass
