every agent worth his salt would of never agreed a relegation clause signing for them in January

Agreed.
He's an average Prem midfield player

No wonder Newcastle are in a mess is they are handing out contracts like this and I'd put money on him not being the top earner too
They could be in trouble with FFP if they don't get promoted back to the Prem at their first attempt.

Totally agree..£4million a year for a very, very average player who thinks he is a lot better than he actually is..hasn't improved the Newcastle team one bit!!!
Brilliant bit of business by the Jacks to get £12 million for that bozo!!
