My friend travels on the train to work but by the time et get Ho e it's too late to eat and they are trying to think of ideas for meals that they can eat whilst travelling Ho e on the train. They have a microwave in work so could potentially cook something and then eat it on the train. Salad is an option but they don't like salad that much so perhaps that's an option once a week or so. Any ideas guys? They get in at around 9pm and have to leave he house at 6am so eating at home is very difficult.

If they are leaving for work at 6am and getting in at 9pm they can afford to purchase sushi rolls every lunchtime for the train. Sorry if that's a boring suggestion

When on the train, I always eat curried scotch eggs whilst reading a copy of Guns And Ammo magazine. That way, no-one wants to sit near you allowing you to relax and enjoy watching porn. Burp.

No seriously it's not a wind up post. They travel a total of 6 hours per day for work but work from home 1 or 2 days a week. Obviously they take breakfast cereal with them to eat at work in the morning, then take lunch with them but the difficulty is finding a nice nutritious cooked meal to eat on the way home - not things like burgers or pasties etc.

And then they get abuse for leaving a city game (evening) on 84 because they have to be up at 5! Lol obviously the people who sit around them don't know that lol

Don't see that as a reason to leave early. I get up at 5 every day and don't leave city gamed until the end (evening or Saturday ) and then have a hr drive to get home. So get in on Tuesday night game around 11ish

Thats a tough one too but do you then get home at around 9pm from work the following day? Bearing in mind they are out of the house from 5.50-9pm most days of the week.

To be fair to them though, most games they do stay until the end, I think if they are feeling particularly tired then they go only a little early from an evening fixture whether we are winning or loosing etc.

Can't they get a hot meal at lunchtime and eat their sarnies on the train?

Rice some chopped bell pepper, small pieces of chicken and sweet and sour sauce. It's filling, lovely to eat.
