' HUGE CLEAROUT AT CCFC '

Sun Apr 03, 2016 6:42 pm

Yesterday saw one of the busiest days the club shop has had since the stadium opened.

A record number of sales were taken through the cash tills on a match day, the figures weren't the highest but the number of sales were.

With the end of season sales at the club shop and the record attendance at yesterday's game led to the huge clear out of stock at the club shop yesterday.

Hopefully those who came to the game will have gone home after enjoying the day, the win and the sunshine :bluescarf:

I think most of the sales were a result of the free tickets, Mums, dads and their kids, many were wearing our City shirts so i can only assume they bought them on the day making it a good day all round and hopefully many will return :ayatollah:

This is precisely why ticket prices must be lowered and they should do the free ticket iniative again! The money they might lose on tickets they make back again on merchandise sales and the real kicker is the atmosphere is improved while a new generation of city fans are converted! It must also be great for the players to play in front of a packed stadium!

James, I like you think the club should go ahead with another initiative to keep the fans coming in these final few games.

They should charge a tenner for adults and 5 quid for concessions. Those who have bought for next season should get tickets for a fiver adults and £1 for concessions. The loyal fans who have had season tickets this year should get vouchers for money off food and drink.

There are 3 home games to go we have momentum don't change the winning formula now. Give free tickets for all of the games if we get over the line there is a 30000 sold out play off Semi-Final for the club to cash in on.

Away kits down to a tenner last week. Home hasn't been reduced yet.
