RUSSELL SLADES FUTURE?

Thinking ahead If we miss out on promotion...(i hope we dont...but I personally think we will finish 7th the lack of a genuine out and out striker will catch up with by the end of the season)

Given the teams improvement and the commitment of the players since the new year do you think Slade should be given a new contract for next season?

Yes, I think we will be 7th but the team spirit is coming just at the right time. Expect a few more shocks in results.
Slade deserves a new contract even if we don't make it this year or next year. Its all about improvement.

We've scored 22 goals since the turn of the year (16 games and scored 2 or more in 7 of those games) so I don't go along with your theory of a none recognised striker costing us.

I think Russ has deserved another contract with us and wouldn't be surprised at all if he gets offered one either.

I hope your right but if Pilks is injured we don't have a replacement..ultimately that might cost us dearly

I think with Immers we have a replacement, puzzled with Saadi not getting a look in mind, very strange.
