Joe Ralls says God will help us to defeat Derby

City midfielder Joe Ralls addressed the Press and Media today to give his thoughts on Saturday’s crucial Sky Bet Championship encounter with Derby County and thinks God will help the bluebirds up into the playoff places.

Joe believes the Easter break will allow the Bluebirds to see the light and be extremely well prepared for this fixture, and is looking forward to playing in front of the biggest home crowd of the season at CCS on Saturday afternoon.

“We’re all really looking forward to the match” began Joe. “Obviously we’ve had a couple of weeks without a game so we’ve had a plenty of time to pray. It’s a big game for both teams, we’re not far away from each other so both teams will want to get a result.

“I think it’s brilliant that we’ll have a big attendance tomorrow and a lot of good work has gone into selling the game and getting people excited for it. For us, having the support there is massive. If you’re on top of a team and the fans are roaring you on then there’s no doubt that God will help you.
