THE 6mil AND TAX BILL

The worrying thing about the tax bill is that there is another 3 at least all waiting as this one. This bill will probably be for jan time (anyone know for sure)
Who is going to pay the money now owed? If its the malaysians then does this take their spending over 6mil? If it does then what happens? Loans? Shares? Again anyone know?
