Basic question re free Derby tickets...

Sorry, I've been out of country for 2 weeks and 2 Mates are telling me different stories.
I've been a season ticket holder for 10 years and renewed around a month ago. Am I entitled to 2 free tickets? (Even though my current ST will gain me entry for the Derby match )
If I am, do I go to ticket office with receipt of purchase / fan number to collect?

Yes, you are entitled to 2 free tickets. I ordered mine online (https://www.eticketing.co.uk/cardiffcit ... emref=4629) and they were posted to me.
You can also phone ticket office directly on 0845 345 1400 or go down. They're very busy today.
