The whole of the top tier is now open and crowd looking like 30,000 plus


I just spoke to the ticket office and sat is looking like a sell out/record breaking ccfc home crowd.

They've already opened a block in the top tear and there still selling fast.

Today alone they have sold over 600 season tickets and are expecting more as people get paid at the end of the month/start of April.

They wouldn't confirm it but they expect by the end of the deal deadline to have sold more season tickets than they sold for the whole of last season.

Credit where it's due to the club, they've done a great job with the tickets and fan PR of late and long may it continue!

Same here, players came to my school in 1972 and gave kids tickets away and I went with my Grandfather and the following season we both bought season tickets.
I really hope many of these people return and come back as fans

Online it looks like about 4K seats left in lower tier, mainly in the corners, but also in the front of Canton , 116/117
and Grandstand wings, front of Ninian wing (112 I think).

Also great that season tickets are selling well.

Just need a big performance on Saturday now.

But Annis, we have struggled for crowds all season and the club have now taken action. If they hadn't, we'd have had a low crowd as usual.

Got to agree with leystone Annis, we have both been asking for this. It's great news, be it free or not. It works because a percentage will return and a large percentage if itsva good experience.

We have had quite a few previous offers of free tickets to ST holders with virtually no improvement to crowd numbers.
This to me is positive proof that the tide is turning.
As others have said we were all introduced at some time, some of the people attending on Saturday will be 'old fans' returning, others will potentially be 'new' fans.
It's essential the team perform & hopefully a great atmosphere means many returning on a regular basis.
