FREE ADULT AND JUNIOR TICKET?

Ive been offered a feee adult and junior ticket by a mate for the cardiff and derby game, he said it dosent state where in the ground the ticket is, i was just wondering...

1. Could i use the ticket anywhere in the ground?
2. Can i use the ticket for myselt 1 adult or do i have to take a junior aswell in on it?
3. Could a mate just come in on the ticket and just blag it even though he wouldnt be a junior?

I just renewed my season ticket and I asked if the tickets were for anywhere in the stadium,but the 2 tickets I had are for block 116 in the ninian stand. I am in block 114 so she probably just found the nearest 2 to me. It should say block and seat and row no. on it as there will be chaos with people trying to sit where they want.
