How good a manager is he? Rotherham came back from 3 goals down to Derby to draw, beat Boro not so long ago, another win today against Ipswich 
I'm not going to look through all the results as I'm tired but bloody hell they really have picked up since he joined.
I don't know if it's the media profile and maybe other managers get a run like this but slide under the radar?
Anyway, what a brilliant job he's done, Rotherham looked down and out. I think it would be a shame if he retired end of season.

The Rotherham lads must be loving playing under him, Warnock is a character, and his team's play with lots of it.

Believe won more points last 6 games than in all previous games! He's a motivator that's for sure

In top 3 managers outside of Premiership.
Lovely guy, come across as a bit of a character but every team he's managed battles for him, credit to what he's doing at Rotherham.

Total respect for him as a manager for what he's achieved with Rotherham so far seems a good guy aswell

Remember seeing an interview of his 5 seasons ago or so when we drew with QPR, at the time Taarabt and Bothroyd had scored wonder goals during the game and Warnock in his northern funny accent, was like you could watch a champs league final and wouldn't see goals like that, credit to my lads and Jones lads as they fought tooth and nail for every blade of the grass, there's some unsung heroes in the dressing rooms for sure.
