Antonio Conte will be appointed the new Chelsea manager on Sunday or Monday, according to Gazzetta Dello Sport.

It is reported that the Italian national coach already has an agreement in place with Blues owner Roman Abrahmovic.

Conte is expected to sign a three-year deal, according to Sky in Italy.
