We had some good fortune against Preston (with 2 penalties) and by that I mean that they WERE penalties and were given, unlike the other night when a bang on penalty was denied.
We have also been unlucky on several occasions this season with poor refereeing decisions the one at Birmingham springs to mind as a classic example.
If as everyone claims these things work out over a season then on the run in we are due some good fortune. If we get it we will make the play-offs at the very least.

I am lucky enough to photograph many sides and listen to the songs of many supporters. Man City - Playing for Europe - Supporters always singing. Villa - Done two of their matches recently. Sing start to finish and take the pi$$ out of themselves really enjoying themselves in the process etc etc
Then there is Stoke City. I did there game with Villa and it wasnt until the 83rd minuted that they sung "delilah". Trouble is they know they are not top 4 and they know they are not going down. Nothing to play for.
At least being in a promotion or relegation battle makes it interesting for supporters.
