One in need of a job; one with nothing to lose (McLaren has already set the ship on a sinking path); and one with the confidence and nous to complete the task against the odds!
This year, I feel, Newcastle have no excuses for being where they are. Ashley spent money on the team and they have some decent players. They just don't appear to be responding to their manager!
