" O'KEEFE SHINES IN DEFEAT "

By Chris Wathan

08/03/16

Stuart O'Keefe could have easily been described as a transfer flop given his lack of Cardiff impact before recent weeks. Not so now with the former Crystal Palace man seemingly growing into his regular role.

There was some real positives from the midfielder to build upon his goalscoring weekend at Bristol, showing good defensive and attacking attributes while helps Cardiff play a passing game.

Because Connolly is a defender and we were only playing with 3 at the back.
Should we have gone to 2 at the back?
Needed to bring on more attacking players with pace, so not mush choice.
Agreed with Slade on this one (can't believe I just wrote that).

Personally I would have taken Ralls off as he had a piss poor game. The number of miss placed passes was bordering on the criminal.

Was Saadi on the bench? It seems that this would have been an ideal opportunity to put him on the pitch. I'm not sure why Slade went for Zohare. He didn't offer anything when he came on.

Always considered him a flop until now. That goal last week has no doubt boosted his confidence.

Do you mean a flop until Tuesday night?

Thought he had something about him towards the end of last season. Went to Nottingham Forest away last game of last season and he was excellent.

Been great to see him get the shirt and it looks like he never wants to lose it. Well done to him
