Anthony Pilkington has been a revelation since being moved into a striker’s role.
He has eight goals this season so far, equalling his highest haul ever back in 2011-12 when he grabbed eight for Norwich.
Pilkington may not have scored at Bristol City, but he was again lively and full of running and does present the opposition with real problems in the box.
But being a striker has its own dark arts and one of those Pilkington needs to brush up on is the timing of his runs.
Too many times, neat passes round the back of the Bristol City defence came to nothing due to Pilkington straying off-side.
It was very marginal, but it is something Pilkington needs to watch.
