What are the City waiting for??? He should at least be offered a one year extension, in my opinion he should be offer 2 years.

He's doing a fantastic job, while cutting the wage bill. He should be applauded for the way he sticks with Ralls in the middle, the guy is quality..

My only criticism is he should be giving the other youth a chance? No way should Declan John be put out on loan, what will happen without Peltier and Fabio now? I'm also disappointed that Tommy O'Sullivan hasn't been giving a chance.

Apart from that, he's done a fantastic job. It's also very encouraging to see City engaging more with the fans, it can only be a good thing!

Let's see where we are then and if Slade has got us promoted then believe me I will be absolutely delighted to say i was wrong!

A no for me.

Tough one no doubt Slades done a good especially under the circumstances he's been asked to work under but the club have to ask where we're looking to go. I think Slade has the ability to keep us challenging for a play off place but if we're serious on making a push for promotion next season and sustaining Premier League status then I think we need to look elsewhere. Does anyone think that he has the tactical nous to compete in the Premier League ? Or able to attract or identify the right transfers to build a squad with enough quality for the Premier League ?

On the other hand if we're looking to keep the costs down and keep being competitive then I think he should be given a contract extension, he's clearly proven this season that he's capable of providing a play off push. I'm happy either way as I can honestly say I've enjoyed this season more than I have the last couple, the club are making strides in the right direction and its breeding positivity.

His target has always been top 6, still not there. He has no history of promotions, so why if we missed out would you believe he is capable of delivering ?
