Season ticket renewals

Trying to renew my season ticket online but my sons under 16 ticket is coming up as £89 rather than £49 even though it's linked to mine. Anyone had the same problem? Does it make a difference paying in instalments? Think I'll have to ring the ticket office tomorrow.

I had the same issue. The discount is only available from the Ticket Office and not through e-ticketing. The e-ticketing website says "Please note Family Stand tickets, Student tickets, Junior with full pay adult tickets, and tickets in our Disabled Areas are only available through the Ticket Office directly on 0845 345 1400."
