How? The e-mail I got stated that the 'ticket resale platform' doesn't open until next Wednesday. Maybe applicants who were unsuccessful in the last window received a different e-mail? I got tickets for two group games, the last 16 and the quarter-final last month, so maybe that's why the e-mail I received was more like a newsletter?
