JUDGE TELLS PREMIER PLAYER/ENGLAND EXPECTS 5-10 YRS PRISON

Adam Johnson has been found not guilty of one count of sexual activity with a child, with the jury yet to reach a verdict on another count.
The former Sunderland player has been on trial at Bradford crown court after being originally arrested on 2 March 2015 following allegations of a relationship with a 15-year-old Sunderland supporter.
After two weeks of evidence and around a day of deliberations, the jury decided that the England international was not guilty of the charge relating to the child performing a sex act on him.
The second count relates to sexual touching, with Judge Jonathan Rose telling the jury he will now accept a majority verdict having previously requested their verdict be unanimous.
Previously, on the first day of the trial, Johnson pleaded guilty to grooming and one count of sexual activity with a child.
This led to Sunderland terminating the player's contract with the club having previously stood by him when the arrest was first made.

Ex-England and Manchester City footballer Adam Johnson has been found guilty of one count of sexual activity with a girl aged 15.
The 28-year-old star, who had previously admitted grooming a 15-year-old girl and sexual activity with the teenager, relating to kissing her in his Range Rover, was warned by the judge that a custodial sentence is "the almost inevitable outcome".
The disgraced footballer now faces between four and ten years in jail.
Jurors at Bradford Crown Court convicted the former City winger by a majority of 10-2 after Judge Jonathan Rose said he would accept a majority verdict.
The footballer admitted grooming a 15-year-old girl and sexual activity with the teenager, but denied the two more serious charges of sexual activity with a child - one involving oral sex and another involving digital penetration.
He was cleared of the oral sex charge this afternoon.
The charges against him arose from a meeting between Johnson and the girl in his car in County Durham on January 30 last year.
Judge Rose said a custodial sentence is "the almost inevitable outcome" but granted Johnson bail until the hearing, which will be held at a later date.
There was no obvious reaction to the verdict from Johnson, who was sitting in the dock with two security guards.

Guilty of grooming, kissing and fingering her ... also said he wanted to f**k her, but it didn't happen.
He lied to Sunderland about stuff, and to the police throughout the process.
Guys a slimey nonce and was seen joking with a security guard which riled the Judge who scolded him, I hope the Judge makes an example out of him !!!

He's going down, no doubt he'll be protected from the other inmates though, money talks.

He is a nonce and deserves that but normally a person wouldn't get that type of tariff you think ched Evans got 5 for rape

the sentence he is going to get seems excessive when compared to other cases, like that of stuart hall for example.

Couldn't agree more.
Also what about this girlfriend of his? How is she standing by him? Same with Ched Evans even if you put the rape thing aside he was still having sex with another woman yet not only do they stand by these awful individuals but they defend them!
Hope they throw the book at the w***ker and his time in prison is a misery.

Money these guys are seriously wealthy ,to stay living well they ll put up with anything ,shallow selfish people just like the low life's that provide for them
