Just purchased mine on line. Here's to an even better season next time round

Did you have to supply photo?

No. They have stopped putting photos on the card.
Did it all on line - very easy, quick and hassle free.

I had a nightmare with my renewal. It wouldn't give me the option of the £49 child ticket online so i had to phone them (and we know how long that takes!) Then i had to phone V12 myself because the Ticket Office put my DOB down wrong, that took half hour.
But all is good now, plus i've moved back to the canton stand for next season. I get atmosphere, and no Dai Hunt!!! Winner!!!


I think the Ticket office is gonna be well busy today, despite the mistakes, i have much respect for those guys.

I'm calling into the Ticket Office in Thursday, to renew for my dad and myself. Onwards and Upwards!

Thanks Nigel - that's why I queried it - last year no photo was required - but the renewal paperwork states that this year a photo is needed. ( and yet above, the response indicates renewal sorted without a photo ).

But will they actually 'issue' it?

Photo not needed last year (personally think they should be on there) but needs clarification

Renewals are just being made to use their 15/16 cards next season aren't they? So no photo would be required..?

Like Mr Shed I didn't receive the U16 discount online and had to call the ticket office number to get the discount.

The ticket office said that this season's card will be reactivated for next season. Nobody mentioned anything about getting a photo taken, but I did this with my son a couple of years ago.

Correct all renued St will be re activated start of next season new ones wont be issued so no PIC required, pic only for new applications probably!

Done me for 15 quid for three new cards as i have moved from the family to 115 DD, back in the Bob bank, can't wait
