Reach the Play Offs OR New Manager in the Summer....

If we dont make play off's Slade is a gonner OR if we did make them but failed to reach final/win it Slade given another year. Which would you prefer?????
For me a new manager is required so option 1.

It is what's best for our club because Slade has helped massively reduce our debt while keeping us challenging. Why yourself and everyone else fails to realise this is beyond me. Who will we replace Slade with on a similar wage who can do a job just as well as him?

You just came across a bit of a know it all, stating anyone who thinks Slade should stay doesn't have a clue about football. I've always stuck up for Slade because of the constraints he's had to work under.

Kenwyne and Mason were offloaded, Slade wanted Tony Watt to replace them but it didn't happen. It's hardly fair on Slade when he gets slated for 'only' drawing 0-0 to MK Dons and Charlton when goals are taken out of his squad and we hit the woodwork and have perfectly good goals disallowed in both games, is it?

I respect your opinion to fella,I certainly ain't a know it all I can 100% guarantee you that lol everyone is entitled to their opinion I just don't think that the club of our size/stature & slade are a good fit.i believe we need a young hungry passionate manager to get us playing more attack minded football,get the fire back in the players bellies & hopefully get back a lot of disheartened disillusioned supporters that's all but again that's just my view
