I'm going by train, having a few cans on the way up but we will be going straight to the game. We are staying in Bristol all day for a piss up until the last train home. Any other city doing this?

Would love to get hammered before the game but 12 a clock KO is a joke.

Last time we were met on the platform by police and escorted to a pub just outside station. Be prepared for a long walk to Ashton Gate and a police escort but last time we made the long walk back unescorted. :bluescarf:

Yeah I can remember that and also places like Oxford.
There won't be hundreds making that walk now just small pockets of fans I guess. I'd say to them - keep your eyes peeled!

We're getting the 8:30 train from Cardiff central and arriving in Bristol at 9:20. Then breakfast and a drink for an hour or two before heading to the ground. Google says a 40 minute walk!
