Just go to you system tab and there's a update wizard tab, hit that and it should update the latest build mate. :thumbright:

If that doesn't work go to add-ons and update all the latest ones available. :thumbright:

Anyone point me to a version of Kodithat I can sideload that is already loaded with feeds.

I can never get it set up right.

I don't have a link for pre-configured versions but I've used KODI way back when it was XBMC and whilst it can be a pain to configure sometimes, what I've learn't is that its worth spending a bit of time with it and not going for a 'build'.

The main 3 repo's I use now are Navi-X, Turk and Phoenix. One of the best resources on this is this site, as he's usually always on top of the latest developments & gives you a simple walk through of installing KODI and its repos on any device. https://seo-michael.co.uk/tag/video/

The 3 repos I've mentioned will give you all the sport, TV, box-sets and movies that you want and if you go to the site I mentioned above, its easy to install and also keep on top of things. You really don't need anything else apart from this at the moment.

Go to the TVMC site and download Kodi from there and their configuration wizard and you will have all the add ons you require, the best ones at the moment are what grangend star states in his post, but add the Exodus one it has only just been released and it is without doubt one of the best, for sport it is ukturk or sports devil that I use. if you have any trouble then pm me, but you should find it simple to configure, I am 82 and have only been using the computer since I retired, as a matter of fact TVMC are recommending everyone to have a refresh of Kodi so that all broken add ons are deleted and therefor you stick of box will work quicker

What release are you using the latest is 16, but I am using 15.2 and is working perfectly on a Amazon fire stick, I will only update when it is confirmed that 16 is really stable and all bugs have been sorted. even then I usually wait to see if anybody is having trouble with it.

Romtom is spot on with the TVMC site. I'd forgotten that I have used that on a couple of devices and its definitely the best way of setting up KODI from scratch for sure. Here's the link - https://www.tvaddons.ag/tvmc-android/

Cheers Romtom and GrangeEndStar.

Always stuck with apps like Mobdro and Showbox for sport and movies but they have stopped working on my Fire Stick or are difficult to navigate.

Have you tried the Exodus addon yet, as I have already stated. it is one of the best, the developer who used to update genisis. has spent a awful lot of his time developing it. that is why genisis was not updated, he spent an awful lot of time with exodus and it turns out time well spent.

After reading your post I installed it from the existing Fusion zip - also saw it on SEO's page along with a couple of others I didn't recognise so thanks for the heads-up. Only had a quick look but from what you say sounds good. I think with those 4 repos anyone would have everything they need. I may get a VPN at some stage but I just haven't needed one as yet to get around any restrictions in the UK although I think that as streaming becomes de-facto, we will see ISP's becoming more aggressive in blocking and a VPN would be therefore a necessity.

I agree with you about the VPN, have not looked at any yet but might have to if the ISP's do start blocking streams, although Exodus does not stream, he is using something called scrapping no idea what that means, but people seem to think it is more reliable than streaming
