Why is it that as soon as we get a dry day

People decide to start burning stuff! How on earth is the washing supposed to dry and even when it does it stinks like an old pub! It would be nice to go outside and breath in some fresh air not smokey air! It shouldn't be allowed! Was like it last summer quite abit too. My cardiff shirt will be ruined!

Report it to the council if its causing you that much bother

They don't have this trouble in Ponty. Even their bonfires smell of lavender.
