Isn't it held up by locals objecting to it? Planning went in at least once as reported on here several times! Meanwhile leckwith and house of sport being developed more and more?

Correct.
The locals are calling on environmental studies to be done thereby slowing the whole process.
Nothing the club can do about it but they may be happy for it to drag at the moment due to our current position.

I wonder do we actually need it at the moment?
We are just about to get the debt down, this wouldn't help

Thought it was part of overall money lent by tan, that's what was said originally of the 110m investment?

He just stumped up £78 million!!! I'm sure he'll deliver on the training ground too. Doesn't mean I like him. Hated red and hard to ever forgive for that. Personally I'd prefer £10m on some quality players to get us to the Prem rather than a new training ground. That could always be sorted when we get to the Prem

Well I'm glad you're not running the club. It's all well and good doing what Derby done spending loads on players...
Not only that if you build good foundations at the club it will always stand in a good place.

Agreed. A new training complex is not needed at this moment in time.
