Leeds midfielder Alex Mowatt faces a race to prove his fitness after recovering from a thigh injury.

Striker Chris Wood is still out with a hamstring problem but midfielder Luke Murphy and defender Sol Bamba are in contention for a return.

Jordan Rhodes may get his first Boro start after scoring his first goal for the club in injury time at MK Dons on Tuesday to rescue a point.

Defender Daniel Ayala could also return after recovering from an ankle injury.
