Annis. Will you now support Vincent Tan, in light of the recent announcements?

I think it's time us die hards use this opportunity to get right behind our club, it's players, management, owner guys, let's give it a final push to enjoy the last part of this season!

From what I understand Annis position is he will always support the team in the stadium(s) and only ever wants CCFC to win and progress.

What he reserves the right to do is express an opinion on this message board if he believes the owner, manager or team member is not pulling their weight or are performing above expectancy.

I don't agree with his view on Vinney and I think it is time to draw a line under past issues, but he does-not. That frustrates me but at the end of the day it's his decision.

However, there is a large majority who now believe the best to forget the past and look to the future, much like yourself and hopefully that momentum will carry us forward, if not this season then into the next.

I think what Annis has done is amazing getting us back to Blue. We all have a right to an opinion mate. It just saddens me a bit. Sometimes in war u have to respect ur opponent, I think Annis sees Vinnie as Mr bad guy, and he most probably was Mr bad guy. But, in Vinnies culture it is important to have peace and tranquillity. I believe in my heart of hearts that Annis in his mature years should embrace his new challenges abroad and have a bit of happiness in the fact that Vinnie has owned up to his mistakes, this vindicates Annis. Seriously, if we all pull together then ccfc can be great again. I think Ken Choo has also done a great job. Forgiveness is a powerful tool and ultimately leads to freedom.

I don't think you are risking too much by claiming Annis sees VT as Mr. Bad Guy

At the time of the protests I though BU were doing harm to CCFC but they got their way in the end and I have to admire that. There is an argument it was achieved at a price (relegation from PL and stagnation last season) but the protests and fan power must have been a tipping point.

Point is we all get things wrong including myself, however like you I can't see any potential in prolonging the dispute now most of the issues have been resolved.

Is'nt that all it is at the minute - an announcement. Probably be better asking this question once he has actually carried out the debt conversion.

If you support Cardiff City then you support Vincent Tan, you can't seperate the two. If Cardiff do well, Tan does well financially and personally.

Do I like VT? No and I don't think I ever will but I support him because i'm still a fan of the club he owns and a ST holder.

I personally still don't give Tan my full support.

I was at the game yesterday, and couldn't believe what I was seeing when people were clapping him.

Let me ask this - are we debt-free? No, we're not. It's something Tan has said, like he's said in the past.

But we all have different opinions.

I gave my reasons to you yesterday. The mentality of our fans has changed a lot in a short space of time. Many said that even if he reversed the rebrand and turned debt to equity, they wouldn't forgive him. They said they would never respect him.

So for me, no it won't really change when he does do it. He arrived in 2009 I think? That's seven years ago. He's says another five years, which it will take it to eleven years to turn it all up equity - although I'll admit I understand that he can't do it all at once due to FFP.

Like I say, we all obviously have different opinions. Prefer it that way, or things would be boring :thumbright:

Why support a man that split the fan base and almost brought the club to its knees. I have supported the club as a season ticket holder since the late 60s and he is the nearest person that "almost" drove me away, but only "almost" :bluebird:

100% agree with this

What I don't get is this...

MALKY - LIKE
HAMMAN - LIKE
DALMAN - LIKE

Please explain, as I can't get my head around it! Malky is a racist, Hamman is a fraudster and Dalman is yet to be revealed but he did change his name from Şükrü because of his muslim origin.

I really don't think you can claim no-one mentions Sam Hammam's name I have personally seen thousands of references to him over the years.
