We fail to beat a poor rotherham side and fail to score against them too yet slade names and unchanged side?

Also we have 3 strikers/attacking players on the bench in zahore macheda and immers yet slade keeps going with a midfielder winger up top. Why has slade signed attacking players if he wants to play them on the bench and have no faith in them like half of his other signings?
