Russell Slade was given the backing of Tan who said it is unreasonable for the media to expect him to win every game in charge while Slade is as annoyed as anyone when the team loses two-goal leads.

Good plan, keep Slade as Club Accountant(I think Mr. Tan may believe that is what Slade is and it doesn't appear to be anyone else doing it!) and then get a "Coach" in to get us playing the sort of football that may encourage more fans to pay their hard earned!

I am quite confident that if RS were replaced with a good manager the next home game would attract at least another 5000 on the gate whoever the manager was!

It is fair comment and I think the 'pressure' on Russell Slade from Media and fans has dropped recently

But there is still a flaw in Slade's tactical prowess that is too frequently exposed by opposing managers/coaches; particularly from teams near the bottom who will 'shut shop' and fight for their points

Far too many points dropped this season for it to be coincidence!
