In my opinion he needs a break. He is playing far too much football at this level and his game time needs to be better managed.

Yes, he needs a break,lately he's gone very quite and not involved in the games as much.

Agreed.

At Ralls age it is critical in this day and age that his long term development is considered.

So many players have been over-played they go off the boil by their late 20's or even mid 20's.

Excuses excuses. He's 22 hes not a young kid.

Dele Alli is 19 I don't see him getting a break or his performances dipping.

Not sure what you all expect him to do ? Its a water carriers job in this set up, no glory there. How many CM's have won MoM awards on here..........Thats right, none !!!!!

Most of you wanted Joe for Whitts and got it, now tired or being played in the wrong set up.

He has to be disciplined in this role, far more freedom to bomb ahead on the left.
