Does your future depend on where you finish this season?
Slade Answered "You would have to ask the owner."

Bit of a silly question really, what can see say to that?
All he knows is his contract is up and he hasn't had talks for a new one.

Slade's contract is up at the end of the season and there is no dign yet of discussions over a new deal
Cardiff City manager Russell Slade could well leave at the end of the season
Cardiff City boss Russell Slade has admitted he is not sure if he will be Bluebirds manager next season.
The 55-year-old is out of contract in the summer and is not yet in negotiations about signing a new one at the club. Indeed, he revealed such a decision about his future might not actually be made until the season is over.
His side currently lie ninth in the Championship, four points outside the play-off places, and Slade maintained he is putting thoughts about his personal future out of his mind as he concentrates on matters on the pitch
“No, I’ve not started negotiations about a new contract,” said Slade.
“We will talk about that when we are ready, but there’s no problem with that at all. We’ve got games coming up thick and fast. I’m quite happy if we sit down at the end of the season, take stock and see where we are that’s fine.
"It’s in our interests to see how we progress over the next few weeks. It could possibly be in the summer.

The club would be mad to renew his contract so many fans want him out , I think it's in the best interests of both parties if they don't offer a new deal and both go seperatate ways, this way the fans that wanted Slade Out will get their wish and some may renew for next season(I know a few have stopped going because of Slades football). Slade then would leave having not gotten the sack and wouldn't damage his reputation in doing so

If I was RS, I would have asked Tucker ' Does your future depend on you producing decent copy? As if it does, your-fucked mate'.
