FSF stands for Footbal supporters federation, they deal with footbal cases and are therefor well experienced and qualified int football related matters.
Who do you think the Stoke fans just used in their £200,000 compensation case for wrongful arrest at man U.

How good do you think a local Solicitor will be on football and are you going to pay for him to go up to London with you or just let him pick one for you in London and get commission for dong so.

Choose wisely this is serius stuff.

theres plenty of local solicitors good on the football and yes they would go to london, been there done that

Of course they'll go to London at £125 an hour they'll go anywhere, why pay that when you can have a specialist solicitor who is based in London where the case is being heard.

It's not about not trusting corky I think we all do that. But if you think about it, this firm will get a lot of business through the FSF for this type of stuff and it's not uncommon for the odd backhander to be dealt or a secret hand shake! The way I look at it if you use a Cardiff firm they will want to win the case because of the chance of repeat business if a friend or someone gets into trouble you would recomend a cardiff solicitor but you wouldn't recommend that firm from Kent would you cos they're too far away.
They haven't even got the advantage of being a firm from west London who'll know the local magistrates etc. I know a solicitor who a lot of boys I know use and he is very good on the football offences.

Alright mate,

Chosing the correct one is of massive difference, you need somebody who understands the football scene etc. I have a lawyer who does that for sure, the big factor though is we dont do legal aid, as its not worth it. Whilst costs aint that bad either to represent! PM If you want more details, famous faces shall we say have benefited in the past!

Gwyn this firm is from Kent. It can take just as long to drive from Kent as it does from Cardiff to get to west London.

The FSF have a network of solicitors/lawfirms throughout the country and they send the appropriate one to deal with specific cases dependant on what is required...in this case its a company who are experienced in dealing with football related cases...a family member of mine will be asking the FSF people to help him...on my advice. There may be better firms available...who knows?

Remember there is no guarantee, whoever you use but I believe this is the best chance...ofcourse I have no experience of other companies/law firms...so have nothing to compare...but I trust these people to do their best for us.

They already have made the Echo and U Tube remove photos of identified fans...

Please use whoever you wish to defend yourselves...I am just offering an option, and I sure don't want the responsibility of everyone getting tucked up.

Its "Horses for Courses".

I deal with Personal Injury Claims and wouldnt have the first clue when it came to representing someone following a football "Alleged" offence.

By the same token I doubt whether the FSF Solicitors specialise in Personal Injury Claims.

Ive heard good things about them.

Im sure they are happy to have a no obligation chat if needed.
