He's 5 million up, I guess there's no rush on his part, so why after bagging 5 big ones would he need to contact the media?

The ones contacting the media are those who clearly decided to settle out of court knowing scam would win the argument/case.

Hardly a victory was it , being sued for 5.7 million , agreeing out of court to pay it within 30 days and another 2 million if reaching premiership again, a director placed on board until such times !
