I play FM14, got us promoted and into a Euro spot the year after, Zakaria Bakkali and Eikrem killed the league for me and funny enough Guerra scored 53 goals in 2 seasons..

Just started by Fourth Season on FM16

Got promoted first season
Won the league cup and FA cup in the second
Then Won the prem in my Third
Started well in my fourth. Currently top, 6 games unbeaten
I tend to play well against the average teams but struggle against the top clubs.

I'm in November in my first season and after a poor start leading to me selling players and bringing my own players in, I've put a run together to take me up to 4th, 6 points off the top.

I've had a massive injury crisis and 2 of my recent opponents scored 30 yard screamers to equalise late on, but when the 6 key players missing from my team return from injury, I should improve further.

My home form is brilliant but I've had a few 3-0 defeats away and I'm finding it a lot tougher to get a result away from home. Is anyone else finding this? If so, I think it's a positive and makes the game even more realistic. I now always prepare the team for away games by focussing on defensive organisation, which has made a difference.

I signed Yoann Gourcuff on a free just before the free transfer window closed. I managed to get him on only 14k a week with no signing on fee or agent fee. He's the French international attacking midfielder who used to play for Lyon. He was out for months with a broken toe and when I signed him the media questioned if he was worth the risk with his injury history. But he's only 29 and will be an incredible bargain if he stays fit.

FM16 is similar but there are some nice added features. For example, I signed an Italian right back and as he couldn't speak fluent English, I had the option to send him on a language course to learn English which cost the club an additional 10k.

Things like that have been added to bring an even greater realism, and it's class! It's also nice to see a big Bluebird on the badge again with FM16.
