Normally I don't particularly like this formation. But looking at the players we've signed and how to make the most of them, this seems the best fit.
In other words - Marshall /Peltier, Manga, Connolly, Fabio/ Whitts, Ralls, O'Keefe or Gunnars/ Lawrence, Immers and Pilks.
Having said that ,Slade defo won't use it.

That side could quite easily be called 4- 5- 1

i wasn't there but looking all to brief highlights it appeared to be 4231. Whitts popping around in his old DJ position but on the other side with Immers and Ameobi behind Pilkington, and Ralls & O'Keefe sitting.

Yes he did well last week, credit where its due, but I haven't been a fan of him for a long time. We'll see if he starts to be an attacking nuisance or slumps back into his standard sweeper, lateral passing role. I know where my £ is going!
