That's got to be a loophole that needs to be plugged if FFP is to work.
I assume Sarajevo will continue to pay his wages while he is loaned to us thereby avoiding the limit put on wage expenditure while under embargo.

He has signed for Tan's Belgian club not Sarajevo

Hopefully we can return a favour like that if they ever end up in embargo, I know it's all run under the same man but it must be frustrating to sign a new player for that to happen

They know they weren't even getting the players. It's just a vehicle to get him to us.

From Walesonline;
Danish striker Kenneth Zohore is set to join Cardiff City on loan next week – but only after he signs for Vincent Tan's Belgium club KVK Kortrijk.
Zohore had been widely reported as a target for the Bluebirds following the £3m exit of Joe Mason to Wolves.
Cardiff manager Russell Slade had confirmed there was an interest in the 21-year-old former Fiorentina frontman amid suggestions he could arrive on loan. The club are currently unable to pay signing fees as part of their Football League transfer ban.
But with Danish club Odense looking to sell the striker, it is understood that Zohore will actually sign for Tan's Belgian outfit KVK before being loaned to the Bluebirds.
Contacts in Denmark have told WalesOnline Odense will be making a deal with KVK, but that they do expect the player to play for Cardiff this season.
Sources at Cardiff have stressed the deal is not a means of getting around the transfer embargo – placed on the club after failing to hit Financial Fair Play limits for last season – and that Zohore is being bought as a KVK player.
Furthermore, the youngster is being eyed as a developing talent for the Belgians, with the move to Cardiff said to be a means of boosting his experience. Zohore is not expected to be a first team regular at Cardiff.
Instead, Cardiff are likely to continue their hunt for loan additions having captured Lex Immers on loan from Feyenoord last week.
Reports in Denmark claim the Football League are monitoring the deal, although they were unable to be reached for comment when contacted by WalesOnline.
It is not the first time Cardiff have utilised the connection with KVK through Tan after the Blegium club recommended striker Idriss Saadi to the Bluebirds while the ProLeague club also signed Senegal Under 20 international Sidy Saar with the potential of a future move to Cardiff City Stadium.
Tan completed a takeover of KVK in May last year having already bought Bosnian side FK Sarajevo. Cardiff chief executive Ken Choo also serves as chief executive of KVK.

A bit of smart thinking for a change ! Nice to see ! It's normally other clubs finding loopholes.

Clever, if true and for once Tan/Dalman/Choo may have played a blinder!

That would have been even more blatant.
No one would have believed that the Belgian club were signing Watt for the future but we can sort of get away with claiming it for Kenneth.

Why didn't they buy Watt ??

After we supposedly treated him perhaps he wouldn't trust us to take him on loan from Belgium.

Classic City .
Put a smile on my face

We aren't the first to do this, many clubs have done it and it's a hard loop hole to close. Last week Manchester City signed a player from the A league in order to loan him out to there Melbourne City side. A league rules means you cannot sign a player from another A league team. The other clubs are up in arms other this.

That's just based on the Wales Online article.

Ha ha well done Tan and Slade
We'll sign who we want...............

If you ignore the red which has gone and past but was a terrible time then its hard to knock Tan especially after recent owners.
