Dragons taxis

Iv'e been meaning to make this thread for a while. Their service is brilliant right up until you meet their ignorant twatish driver who goes about 30 miles per hour and slows down at lights praying for a change. This is not exclusive to Cardiff but what is exclusive to Cardiff is that the majority of them can barely speak a word of English, I find that embarrassing for our city, what must visitors think when they come here and they are the first people they meet. There have also been a number of attacks on women walking home after they were turned away by taxi drivers who deemed them not to live far enough away.

I also hate it when you order a taxi for a certain time and they arrive 10 minutes before and start tooting there horn outside your house, when you get in at the arranged time they mutter something angrily in Arabic and your given a wall of silence for the rest of the journey . I single out Dragons because they seem to be the worst for hiring foreign drivers who I believe share one taxi license between multiple people so the car is on the road 24 hours a day.

Boycott dragons and remove these parasite off the roads.

The black cabs around the city centre are the same,it gives the city a bad name.
If it's not a big fare they refuse which is outrageous especially when it's young girls or women trying to get home. The council need to come down on them big time.

Uber have a licence to operate in Cardiff and I hope it makes a big impact on firms like Dragon. They will be the first to moan that it will force rates down and that anyone can be a driver etc etc but there is a definite problem in the centre and it needs a shake up for sure. And they smell.

Forgot to add that, they reek, especially in the summer. I'll be using Uber, but lets hope they hire English speaking people in the city. Some advice to those who use dragon, look at there license which should always be on display in the cab. If it's not them then point it out to them they are breaking the law, they will give you a free journey to keep you quiet. License sharing is a huge problem in the city apparently and as the cars are constantly on the road I doubt very much they comply with car safety regulations.

Drivers doubling up on licences hit the legitimate drivers income as well. Some drivers I know find it hard to make a living these days.

Yep, don't use them I find it best to get the non Muslim drivers number and text as and when you need a taxi. At least then the cash stays in this country

Are there any non Muslim taxi drivers left? They seemed to have well and truly cornered that market.

Yeh there's a few, not many through, few from Ely CAERAU, a couple grange and a few from other areas. It wouldn't surprise me if the Muslims are forcing them out.
