Writing us off for the play offs? there are nine teams only in my eyes for the six places - Us, Brum, Sheff Wed, Ipswich & Brighton fighting for two places I reckon - and I wouldn't swap our squad with any of them. Derby are also doing their free fall trick. Our run in looks favourable also..............so chin up and get ready to back to Wembley

And the complete inconsistency of performance and results.
Only achieving back to back wins once this season which was last September I think.
This, of course, could change which makes the game so interesting but for me ... I don't think so.

The top 5 in no order will be Middlesbrough, Hull, Derby, Brighton, Burnley and 6th spot will be either Sheff Weds, Ipswich, Cardiff.

yep good point but for all his inabilities we are just 4pts off play offs - good run in too

The season is not over yet we are only 5 points of the play off I'm not giving in yet.

Where do we start? Slade is a decent manager but not at this level, selling off of our better players, our fit strikers are useless. We are inconsistent and our performances have been on the decline for months. I said at the start of the season we will finish mid table, Slade has down much better than my expectations for this season and I commend him for that but we will not go up. I suspect a slump in form is around the corner.
Also don't talk about run ins, with Cardiff if you're bottom of the league or top of the league it seems to have no baring on the result.

God I hope we don't make it into the playoffs and by a some freak miracle sneak up!
Can you imagine Slade team gracing the Premier league?
Crikey, we'd devalue the league by billions.

Trying to be optimistic....Trollope is a great coach. Never thought Pilks would play anywhere but wing and that we'd change our rigid formation.

It's because we have a negative, spoilt, clueless, selfish, idiotic fan base.
Anyone who's honest, fair, balanced and has a footballing brain will know Slade has done a very good job getting us to where we are now. We have an excellent home record and a couple more loan signings, plus the return of Saadi could help convert those home draws into wins, which will be crucial.
Derby have spent 25 million this season and some of you expect us to be up there challenging for the playoffs with Derby, despite us now being under a transfer embargo with our manager not being given a single penny to spend this season.
I'm just pleased we still have a chance making the playoffs at this current stage of the season. Most of you don't like that because you want Slade gone, but anyone fair and honest will have to admit Slade has proved most of us wrong this season and deserves to stay on.
Even if we lose every game from now until the end of the season, I will stick up for Slade. Those who are blaming Slade for leaving us with so few striker options don't have a clue. Slade wanted Tony Watt and Tan let him down. Slade wanted a centre midfielder last summer and Tan let him down. It seems I'm one of very few people who actually understands what Slade has been up against.

Great opportunity for all you believers..... depending on bookies but a 10/1 chance of making the top 6. A nifty fifty buy's next years season ticket.
I must say as do all good averts "bet responsibly" and that is throwing your money away, but hey, back your strongly held positions.
Not entirely Slades fault, we have an expensive, slow, unbalanced squad led by a dinosaur. I had a tenner on at 9/2 in August,so in the bookies eyes we have less chance now than at the start of the season.....

Plus at current we have no strikers, so how the feck are we going to score goals ?

Have to agree and I would add his coaching staff to that, as they are all in it together (until the smelly stuff hits the fan and then it's every man for himself, as usual)
