' Please Cardiff Fans Don't Forget '

For those who are going to Huddersfield on Saturday, local fans are asking home and away fans to join in a minute's applause on the 23rd minute - in memory of a local goalkeeper and Town fan who died last week.

Gavin Greig who was 23 had a heart transplant when he was 9 years old. The anti-rejection drugs he had to take triggered the cancer which killed him.
