I did, but thankfully I cut out a lot of rubbish food/Dieted and now I'm ok

Been on tablets for years. The only reason I know I have high blood pressure is because the doctor told me I have. Would'nt have had a clue there was anything wrong, and apart from reducing the amount of junk food I ate, nothing has changed.

Ive taken them for the last 4 years but might be coming off them as I'm starting to get low blood pressure ,I've cut out the drinking to once a month now so I think that has helped
