Has so many talented players and you could see that they we really trying on Saturday, epitomised by Pilkington. Sadly, Slade just cannot utilise them as a unit effectively. However, he cannot be blamed by the appalling misses by the new man on a one to one, Peltier and Manga. As for Noone beating 3 players and instead of hitting it across the goal or shooting, he plays it backwards. Oh my God! Dreadful.

so out of his comfort zone that we are pretty much exactly where the majority of people thought we would be this season

Your forgetting David Marshall. He cost us the game with his goalkeeping clangers!

Oh Yeah, it's not Slades fault that the Team played well to put Pilkington through to Score 2 goals. But it's his fault that Pilkington headed the ball in for an own goal. Oh and it's Slades fault that Marshall naively came out of his box to gift Rotherham the goal.
For the love of god everyone. As a team we played very well 2 weeks in a row now. We had SO many chances on Saturday, how can you possible blame Russell Slade for the players finishing? We played very well, Russell slades TACTICS gave us enough opportunities for us to score 5 goals. Stop blaming him. Mistakes from players happen in football, get over it and stop acting like football pundits.

Higher than I thought.
But I think when most people predicted they did so assuming Slade would be in charge.

I don't think he has that many talented players who could do a job in the premier league if and it's a big if we got promotion we would need a brand new 11 maybe apart from the keeper Marshall who else could do a season in the prem and be successful, a few have tried remember noone, whitts, gunnar, we are where we deserve to be in the league it's a bad bunch.
